About me

KIT DALE

I have only ever been defeated three times in the two and a half years I have been competing in Jiu Jitsu Tournaments. In my weight category only once. I have won Gold medals at every State Championship, Australian Championship, and Pan Pacific Championship I have ever entered. I am also the only Australian to have won 2 Gold and 1 Silver Medal at the prestigious Abu Dhabi Pro jiu-jitsu World Cup and a gold medal in the under 85kg purple belt division at the brasileiro in Rio De Janeiro Brazil.

My training regiment is extensive. Every day of the week I am taking both my fighting skills and fitness to new unprecedented levels. World renowned Black Belt Peter DeBeen is my Jiu Jitsu Professor. His Academy in St Kilda, Australia, has one of the best winning records on both a national and international level. For Wrestling, my mentor is three time Olympic Wrestler Ali Abdo, and world class Judokan, Ivo Dos Santos hones my Judo skills. I also have a couple of Striking Coaches like Gul “Hebrew Hammer” Pohatu, one of Melbourne, Australia’s, top heavy weight Mixed Martial Artists, and Damien Rider of local MMA Academy, Saint Kilda Fight Club. For Strength and Conditioning I train at the ESS High Performance Training Centre (HPTC). Here I am pushed beyond my limits physically on a regular basis. The ESS HPTC trains elite level athletes from such sporting clubs as The Melbourne Victory, The Melbourne Demons, and The Melbourne Storm.

There are two main goals that drive me, inspire me, and fuel my passion to win at all costs. They are to be a Black Belt Jiu Jitsu World Champion, and to raise the Golden Belt in the U.F.C. (Ultimate Fighting Championship) and become Australia’s first U.F.C. Champion. There is nothing that can’t be accomplished, and I won’t stop, even after I have succeeded attaining everything I set out to. My name is Kit Dale, I’m a Professional Athlete, Jiu Jitsu Fighter, and future World Champion.
